ABOUT: The painting is created from multiple smaller ‘pages’ that are essentially paintings in themselves. I was wanting a bold, direct, even confrontational image, and my model has the theatrics for such an image. She is a trapeze artist, and understands how to make a body form that engages. The title suggests that it could be V for Vagina.
