ABOUT: Admittedly, this is a somber view of our political and cultural state, looking into the past and acknowledging an inevitable future. I enjoy this image, Janus-like, seeing into two directions, seeing into past and future, at the same time. The warm earth tones provide a comforting feel to the image.
