About: The blindfold and skull are potent symbols with clear messages. Yet, here the message is not fully explained, and may need to be completed by the viewer. For me, the drawing shows courage, defiance, and despair. I like the strength of the image.

About: Originally from Texas, this costume and prop is natural to my model. The image has some pinup associations, though I find this fun, and even comical.

ABOUT: I find this a very sassy pose. The zebra mask perfectly complements Julia’s slim, streamlined body. The mask and pose are intended to be light and whimsical. The drawing has great appeal.

About: Lily’s strong body and focused mind are perfect for this image of constant vigilance. The ‘woke’ movement and other cultural/social issues were much a part of our discussions during the sessions. The boxing gloves are just right in communicating the struggles we must each confront.
