About: Rachael is a yoga teacher, so it was logical to do a sequence of poses based on yoga poses. This a position often done at the beginning of a yoga practice, intended to open up the respiratory organs, stretch chest and shouders, and give a sense of an expansive heart.

About: I suggested J bring something meaningful to her for our session. Though I was at first apprehensive about the guitar, its form and her body harmonized perfectly. She also plays very well.
