ABOUT: I use props like clothing items sparingly. Then anything worn or held becomes significant. Also, I believe that those elements influence the model to pose in certain ways. Here, we have just a belt and boots. Both are constricting, yet the rest of her is free.

DESCRIPTION: Start with the naked body and add just a few elements. These influence the poses that the model takes, and create the interpretation the viewer makes of the artwork. This is what I love about working with the nude figure. A little describes a lot.
DESCRIPTION: In studio sessions with a model, we collaborate to create the poses. Her interests/career are part of this process. She does burlesque performances, so it is fitting with use this for the costume elements and poses.
DESCRIPTION: She is an entertainer, performing a wide variety of skills from burlesque, ballet, fire dancing, etc, etc. Every movement, and every fascial gesture is deliberate and considered. I love to work with this kind of model.
