ABOUT: The body is in an anticipatory position, ready to leap into action. In the moment before we act we are in a state of awareness. Once we leap we cannot undo the action. We must act. There is no other choice. We cannot not do. Our attention, though, is to be given this moment of awareness, this moment of clear-mindedness before the leap
